Pre-Event Planning, Liaison to Public Officials & Bids
Our sales managers can prepare letters of invitation from the Governor, Mayor and/or Executive Director to the appropriate person or committee inviting the group to hold its convention, meeting or sporting event in Boise. If applicable, Boise CVB staff will travel to make presentations to those decision makers.
Site Visits & Familiarizations (FAMs)
If appropriate our sales managers will handle all arrangements for the decision makers to visit Boise and experience first-hand the city’s hotels, meeting facilities, event venues and attractions. We plan and execute a yearly FAM tour focusing on area attractions and venues.

If you need suggestions for entertainment, recreation and sightseeing, we are here to assist you.

Attendance Builders
To help promote your convention or event, the Bureau can provide a selection of brochures, digital photography, email blasts, videos & general information on Boise.
Publicity
Our Public Relations Firm will send a press release to the appropriate media contacts and offer suggestions for coverage of your event when applicable.
Economic Impact
We will provide estimated economic impact pre and post event.
