Winter

WALK IN
OUR WINTER
WONDERLAND.

When December hits, Boise is a festive wonderland. Not only does the city sparkle with lights and holiday decorations, it also offers a whole new set of activities for those willing to brave the cold. You can ski, snowboard, tube, sled, snowshoe and so much more in the City of Trees. The temperature might have dropped, but our winters are fairly mild and dry, although you can always find snow in the mountains.

Bogus Basin

Bogus Basin is a year-round recreation destination. Along with riding a scenic chairlift, you can mountain bike, hike, climb a rock wall and ride horses all season long. Bogus has 23 well-marked, accessible trails. Not to mention a bungy jump and a disc golf course.
