Sporting Event Sponsorship Form

Looking to host a tournament or special event in Boise? We’d love to help!

Please note Visit Boise has a limited budget and cannot provide funding to every application.
Visit Boise considers the following criteria when evaluating applications:

– Total economic impact generated by the event or tournament

– Total number of hotel room nights generated for Visit Boise partner hotels

– Overall media and brand exposure for the City of Boise

Should your event be awarded funding from Visit Boise, you will be required to fill out an “After Action Report” which is to be submitted to Visit Boise no later than 60 days after the event or tournament has concluded. Items in this report may include with following.

– Hotel Room Night Pick-up Data

– Zip codes of all event participants or teams and average number of athletes on each team (Required for all events)

– A short report (1-2 paragraphs) outlining any media coverage that was generated from the event (only required for certain events)

– $0 due invoices or copies of invoices with cleared checks reflecting direct event expenses (only required for certain events)
