Harvest Farm to Table Dinner
Our signature Farm to Table Dinner is a celebration of the harvest and the market basket of proteins, fruits and vegetables grown in the Treasure Valley and surrounding area. This 5- course meal is an epicurean delight featuring Huston wines exquisitely paired with a menu curated by Chef Steve Topple. Chef Topple is a James Beard Nominee and owner of 3 restaurants in Valley County and has a true appreciation of local food and wine. On the eve of the first day of Autumn, enjoy a long farm table next to the estate vineyard and listen to the soulful sounds of Emily Tipton and Jonah Shue. Seating is limited and tickets will sell quickly.
