Boise Corgi Fest Returns May 31st!
Boise, ID – Boise Corgi Fest, the stumpiest event of the summer, returns for a 6th year this weekend. Everyone and their dog is invited to the event on May 31st from 10am-2pm at Expo Idaho.
This year features a fun cosmic theme: “Corgis in Space”. Corgis are encouraged to attend, but all breeds and well-behaved humans are welcome!
Last year’s Boise Corgi Fest was incredibly successful. Over 600 corgis attended, and Boise Corgi Fest raised over $13,000 to support SNARF and Take Me Home Rescue. This year, proceeds will benefit three local non-profit rescues: PAWS Rescue, Inc., Rilo’s Rescue and Broken Hearts Rescue.
Zoom on in for some out of this world entertainment! Featuring a costume contest, parade, musical hula hoops, hot dog bobbing contest, and the much-anticipated corgi derby. Vendors, food trucks, and photographers will be on site throughout the day. In anticipation of warmer weather, dogs will have access to kiddie pools and cooling stations. Attendees are encouraged to bring chairs or blankets as seating is limited.
