FISH FILLET & FRY CLASS WITH TIGHT LINES 208

Learn how to turn your fresh fishing catches into awesome home-cooked meals in this hands-on program! Instructor Jordan Rodriguez will demonstrate how to fillet and prepare a fish, and each student will have the opportunity to fillet their own fish. Afterwards, we’ll cook up a meal of fresh fish and chips to enjoy together. All supplies will be provided, including a fillet knife that’s yours to keep. Fillet & Fry is being held Tuesday, October 24, from 6-8 p.m. at JUMP in downtown Boise. You must pre-register to attend this class. Cost is $75.
