Warm Up With Boise Arts & Culture

Boise is well-known for its energizing outdoor scene, but did you know its “indoorsy” side can also contribute to positive mental health? A study published by the National Institutes of Health found that attending cultural events like theaters, art galleries, museums and cultural heritage sites “improves wellbeing and life satisfaction.”
