“The rating wouldn't be so bad if I didn't call 6 different times with no answer and then off the hook. My original problem was they didn't give me an extra dressing which I paid for, the salsa ranch or the straw that comes with the chocolate covered strawberry smoothie. The dry salad and not being able to contact is super frustrating especially since we spent 40 bucks. Maybe this will get me to a manager we shall see“

“I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe, I know the world is crazy right now but lately their game has been a little low. I ordered online, and half my order didn’t show up. I had also ordered through the drive thru once, and ordered my wrap without chicken, and it came with chicken in it. Normally I’m always satisfied but this makes me a little sad.“

“Tropical smoothie cafe always has my food ready when I order online. It is so nice to pull up and what I ordered online is waiting for me. The staff is always friendly and the food and smoothies are fantastic! Can we get the app to allow us to tip the servers when we order online? Great service and great food! I highly recommend tropical smoothie cafe!“
