“We visited on a Saturday night for some light appetizers and drinks. The service was exceptional with very polite and helpful staff. The Tiner Potato Chips were so good! The charcuterie plate was very tasty as well. I really enjoyed the atmosphere with the English pub vibes. We will definitely be back soon to have a beer with some friends.“

“Went there for happy hour and had great service. Kind of a bit of a speakeasy feel. Had great service. Got the gin version of the espresso martini which was great. Posting a picture that has what I got at the top of the menu ;-) This is only about a third of the things they have on special for their happy hour. Attached to a English pub style restaurant .. you can order from their menu if you want :-)“

“For the discerning fish & chip people, this is the best I’ve had in a while. The batter is light and crispy but not greasy at all, and the fish underneath is meaty and substantial. Everything else was solid but the fish was above and beyond.“

“Brilliant bar, quite distinct from other venues in the area. The food is thoughtful and exceptional. Mixology from the staff is continuous. Many local craft spirits.“

“The atmosphere at this bar is engaging, making it a great spot for drinks. Whether it’s a weeknight or the weekend, it consistently buzzes with lively energy. Plenty of great wine options. Highly recommend staying upstairs at The Avery- order a bottle of wine and enjoy in the room.“
