“Tin Roof Tacos is AMAZING!!! Not only do they have AMAZING food, their STAFF ROCK as well. I had a big breakfast meeting and they came through in a pinch. The team was able to accommodate my large order aside from being busy , just so that they could help me shine for this project. Many Thanks to the team at the boise Tin Roof team. Thanks I crushed my presentation along with providing BOMB breakfast tacos !!!“

“Tin Roof Boise is a standard takeout place for us. The tacos are good for the most part, but the consistency is all over the place. Sometimes I get just a couple tacos (brisket and fried chicken) and that will be plenty, a good value for a $2.50 taco. But last night, I got them and they were TINY, like portion control size, like they were trying to ration meat. The fried chicken had literally zero chicken, it had bits of teeth shatteringly hard over-done batter. I broke up all the batter and there was no chicken, just batter. Pretty frustrating. Edit. Oh yeah, my tacos and my wife's tacos were as cold as if they came out of the fridge. Lately they have also been using tortillas that aren't even warmed up so they just disintegrate with any time in contact with moisture. We have been devotees of Tin Roof from the 1st week of them being open, but they are getting harder and harder to justify for decreasing value and worse and worse service. Edit. In addition, I just remembered, it has been very dirty both out front and on the prep line lately. Hope they can right the course on things, I love having a good taco place close to home.“

“I visit the downtown location often. I have to say shift lead Kylee is awesome! I have seen her work busy shifts and slow shifts. I have watched they way she fixes any mistakes. I have watched how she orchistrates and communicates with her crew. I have been a part of her customer service. Hold onto that one and promote her. She is rare, stays cool and collected, and much appreciated! Great leadership!“
