Reviews

“The burgers were very tasty, the meat had breat flavor. I got the blue cheese jalapeño burger with fries. The fries are really tasty and love that they are fried in tallow. The condiment cow is a humorous touch. It might sound strange but even their soda machine has a good ratio mixture. I hate when they're to sweet or not carbonated enough. Will definitely go back.“

“So I thought I would check out the boardwalk in Garden City. My first attempt at eating there was at Tim’s burgers. The environment at the boardwalk is very nice. There are several different restaurants to choose from and very nice outdoor seating. That’s where the positive review stops. After waiting in line for 25 minutes I was able to give my order. An additional 25 minutes later I finally received my food. So basically 50 minutes to get a basic cheeseburger. The burger was average at best. French fries were good. In today’s world there are too many options for good cheeseburgers in town. I believe this restaurant needs more staff in order to keep their wait time down.“

“We went around 1130 on a Thursday and there was no wait. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was fun. We love that it is right off the river and when weather is warmer would be perfect for eating outside. The condiment cow was fun and made my husband and I smile. Food was amazing! Had the classic cheeseburger and regular fries and loved every bite. My husband got the bacon cheeseburger with fried egg and loved it too. We will be back!“

“Second visit was lunch during the week and much better than the initial one on a Saturday when the restaurant was overwhelmed during a strong response from the community to try. This time got right in, order taken quickly, not a long wait. friendy staff, bright decor. Burger patty was done pretty much to requested temp and not dry from being so thick that it gets overcooked like the last time. The onion rings are crispy and delicious, the fries, while made from frozen and finish fried in beef tallow are quite good, but portions still on the smaller side. Everything is alacarte unless you are getting a family meal deal, but even so the pricing is much better than some of the upscale burger places in the valley. We had the Classic Burger, 6 ounce fresh patty from Thomas Cattle Company, $9.25 and a Cheeseburger $10.25 with cheddar, blue cheese or habanero. My friend added an order of fries and I got a side of onion rings with a dusting of large crystal salt and fresh rosemary for $3.50 more.“

“First time visiting Tim’s, the whole center is gonna be pretty awesome when it’s all done. So the service was good, you order at counter then get called up to get food. I think since there was no one in restaurant they could have brought the food to the table but that’s not to important. Once it’s busy there’s no way they can do that. The place was clean and open. I was sad that there was no hot sauce if any kind available. I got the bacon cheeseburger with a fried egg and added avocado dry. And my wife got a lettuce wrap cheeseburger with sweet potato fries. They use beef tallow which is great and have a cool dispenser of condiments. Overall the beef was tasty and the vibe was cool.“
