“Employees are VERY nice and friendly. 100% on customer care! Food was a little strange, especially the fries, and the wait seemed like a little long, but it makes sense because the employee I talked to said that the food is all home made. If you work in Overland Park, you get a discount. Thank you guys!“

“I was surprised to see reviews slamming the "high prices," and complaining about $9 for a Highland beef burger, fries, and a drink. I have been to both locations numerous times, and have always had great food, friendly service, and consider the prices for a meal that includes a burger with lots of options (several different cheeses, mushrooms, onions, 4 or 5 sauce choices) to be more than reasonable. I was happy when inside seating was offered at the Ontario location, and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere chatting with other customers seated family style! These burgers are honestly the best I have ever had!“

“Great burger. Facility needs cleaned and gross that it is not since customers can see whole kitchen. Fries were absolutely horrible. I have made better at home myself. They were super oily and not cooked all the way through. Don't order the fries. Two major problems so lost two stars. If fixed review will change.“

“This place is so great. Burger, bun, cheese ratio is on point. Fresh cut fries. Mmm. I personally will not go for the garlic up charge again but we will be back.“
