“My wife tried on a couple of different boots, and she left an orthotic in one of the many pairs. She called close to closing time yesterday and the staff was friendly and helpful. They went into the back and went through dozens of boxes looking for the one orthotic - and they found it! Huge shout out to people who care to go above and beyond. This is how customer loyalty is earned!“

“Absolutely horrid products, warranty and northface customer service. I purchased a rain jacket for over $100 and on the first real rain storm and very little wear i discovered that the jacket had delaminated and was not water proof. After returning to the place of purchase Northface will not warranty their product. Keep in mind that they state a lifetime warranty on their products. Its just a name not a quality product or company, buy better products such as kuiu or sitka or even a trash bag if you want something to outlast northface.“

“Went into exchange a coat size for a coat we had purchased directly from The North Face website. Sales associates seem very polite and professional, However the management seriously lacks in customer service skills and comes off extremely condescending. While asking the supervisor or manager a question about why they couldn’t complete the exchange she was interruptive and kept smirking at me and my wife like we were an inconvenience to her and wasting her time. She basically tried to tell us to just do it online through customer service because she couldn’t do it without calling customer support. This is also not the first complaint about this manager if you scroll through. Bottom line, stick to online shopping and avoid the in store location. Possibly avoid north face in general if this is a reflection of how they perceive there customer base.“

“I wanted to let you know that I’m disappointed in your product warranty service. I was told by your Boise, ID store employee and manager that my jacket would be fixed under TNF warranty. So I sent my jacket in based on this suggestion even after the sales person and Manager saw the reason that I was sending it in. The company store employees (especially management) SHOULD be versed on what is and is NOT covered under warranty before having customers part with their gear for 4-6 weeks…I received my jacket today, still with the tear in the collar with a note that this tear was not covered under your warranty. I really do like TNF products and have a number of accessories, jackets, snowboard pants etc but am going to have a tough time buying any future TNF products due to the disappointing warranty policy. Seems very short sighted on TNF part to not do the right thing and stand behind your products. Justin“

“Jessica V. - the store manger is VERY UNPLEASANT and unwilling to exchange my item for a different size, the way she talked towards me to was very condescending, as if I wasn’t supposed to be there. She was very hostile and has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever. I’m sure this isn’t the first time someone has had to deal with her horrible interaction, just reading past reviews, others have had the same experience(s) in this store. Seems like she has some customer service learning to do, because it’s a reoccurring issue from what I have read in the reviews.“
