“I had my first experience with The Diamond Girls and Natalie about 4 years ago on the recommendation of a friend. I was looking for diamonds for a custom ring and my experience with Natalie far exceeded my expectations. Since that time I have had multiple dealings with her and all have exceeded my expectations. Most recently I was looking for a used Rolex for my wife. Natalie used her vast resources and found me exactly what I was looking for within my price parameters. Unfortunately, we discovered there were some issues with the watch and Natalie quickly solved our problem and found another watch to replace the one we had purchased. This was done without a request to replace on my part. I am continually impressed with their level of service and ability to exceed expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Natalie and The Diamond Girls to anyone.“
