“My goodness!!! They are expensive, BUT they’re absolutely delicious. My boyfriend bought me these while on a work trip in Boise and I must say. The truffles are so good, the bark tastes amazing! Other than the bark being a tad on the salty side I’d say it’s very very worth it. Thank you guys for great service and amazing chocolates!“

“When you walk into the elegant space of The Chocolat Bar, you'll be impressed with the length display cases and luxuriously crafted treats. It's reminiscent of the chocolate shops we've visited in Switzerland. The craftsmanship of the chocolates and the sparkling interior of the store are both remarkable. However, the downside of traveling to Europe and visiting the mother stores of Lindt, Läderach, Teuscher, and other famed Swiss chocolate makers is that our now standards are impossibly high. Don't get me wrong, we enjoyed everything we bought at The Chocolat Bar, including the various versions of chocolate toffee, the chocolate covered orange slices, and the exquisite truffles. But the taste didn't seem to match the appearance of either the product or the store. It's delicious and your family will certainly enjoy it. But we believe that much better chocolate can be had in this world.“

“Not only was the chocolate amazing… but the employees were hands down, TOP NOTCH! The two sweet ladies at the counter were SO kind, gracious, and helpful with our special needs group! This is what makes Boise a special place to live. ❤️“

“Heading to "the grove plaza" to check out the Christmas tree this year, we stopped in to "The Chocolate Bar" on 8th street Boise. Glad we did. Incredible selection of Chocolates ! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend a stop if you like Chocolate ! Will return.“
