“I recently wanted to enhance/upgrade my wedding ring to add a large center diamond i had purchased loose months before. The design I envisioned was rather unusual, and I was determined to find a jeweler which could execute my vision. I went to jewelers in Seattle, and Denver(my two home cities in the past year), and none of them said my design idea was possible. I knew it was, it would just take a little effort in thought and conceptualization. Being from Boise originally, I visited Boise this past holiday, and packed my loose diamond in case I was able to get the job done in Boise. My family has done business with Stewart's for many many years, and I have great memories of my grandmother taking me in to Stewart's as a child. I used to love staring at the amethysts, and Bruneau jasper. With Stewart's in mind, we ventured in. Gena was there to greet us, and she thoughtfully listened to my vision, and I was encouraged by her positive reaction to my idea/vision. Through a few update visits and phone consultations, my vision became reality and I couldn't be HAPPIER!! It's exactly what I wanted and at an extremely reasonable price. Please visit Stewart's. Their quality is far and away superior. And Gena your service is impeccable! Thank you Stewart's!“

“Great customer service, very clean. But pretty spendy. Other than that it's a great shop!“

“Loved this place. Everyone was super helpful and informative. Kids got to crack open a geode and loved it. Can't wait to come back.“

“The lady running the store was very nice and helpful. Excellent selection of loose gems. I had to get a rough garnet since I'm visiting the state. You can also get loose and set star garnets. There are excellent specimens to see, but not all are sale. They will polish and set gems and repair jewelry. Ask to dig around the back though the rough piles. They aren't well organized, but there are some good pieces. The main rough consists of geodes, thunder eggs, plume agate, snakeskin agate, obsidian, and picture jasper. Minimal slabs, but nice ones. The fossil plates, polished labradorite, and agate bookends would make nice gifts.“
