“Love smoky mountain, but it was hotter inside this place than outside. I shouldn’t be sweating inside of a restaurant. It was so hot inside that my beer warm ????. Who likes warm beer? Also waited too long in between each visit from the waiter. Very disappointed with experience, should’ve went to the one on state st.“

“If I could give zero stars, I would. Me and my boyfriend went there after a week of him begging me to go. However, instead of going to the State Street location, which is amazing, I had the bright idea to come to this location because it was closer. Big mistake. At first everything seemed fine but once we got our waters we had to wait at least half hour for him to take our orders. My boyfriend really wanted to get the crème brûlée but the waiter insisted and convinced us to try the cheesecake. After we finished our meals we had to remind him four times and he kept forgetting the cheesecake even though IT WAS HIS IDEA. Then he brings out the check and we noticed the cheesecake isn’t on there… and we haven’t gotten our dessert yet! He looks at us and asked us, “wait, what dessert did you want again?” At this point my boyfriend said forget it. But he said, “no I’ll go get it ready just add the price to my tip.” I was appalled. Not only did he forget to put it in a box, as we had asked from the very beginning, but he put chocolate syrup on it. Both which we had reminded him multiple times not to do. My boyfriend thinks he was stoned but I was so upset at this point. I would understand if they were busy but we were the only other table there. He didn’t even apologize or seem embarrassed at all! So we left upset, and he left with a 13$ TIP! AND THE CHEESECAKE SUCKED.“
