“Initially hooked by the Instagram reels, and I am delighted to report that all the hype is true. These are premium burgers with quality ingredients and constructed in a no-frills way. They know their lane and stay in it remarkably well. Personable staff, efficient operation and a fantastic burger. Do not miss out on this Boise Gem!“

“After arriving at 4:57 pm we waited over 2 hours and it was worth every second. This concept by Sami and his wife allows average consumers an opportunity to access higher quality ingredients. This is great concept , the burger is the art piece. I loved the layers of flavors. Each stood out amazingly. For 11$ they aren’t making crazy high margins or getting rich. This is about the bigger picture. If you want to support small business in idaho and watch this couple grow into amazing verticals. Stand in line , don’t complain , pay the price and enjoy a great burger. We will be back. But I will show up early to help setup just to be sure I am first in line. Thank you. 10/10“

“Been watching their IG since the beginning. First couple times we set aside a night, we missed out due to weather and another random closure. Finally made it down. Waited an hour for our burger and fries. Knew after the first bite I needed another. Waited another hour for a second round. Food is amazing. Quality is unquestionable. Owners are extremely humble. I can't wait to see where Smash Alley goes from here.“

“I tried this yesterday, and waiting almost two hours in the rain for a fairly basic $20 burger/fry 😳 is NOT worth it. I appreciate the local beef and tallow, but it's two thin, greasy patties on a greasy bun with no condiments other than mustard, onions, and cheese, none of which I love. I will say the fries are pretty good, which is what bumped the stars up to 3...average, at best.“
