“Warm atmosphere, good food, inconsistent customer service. Great first experience all around. Second experience the waitress never bothered to check on us after receiving breakfast but was suddenly super friendly when giving check. Shocking subtlety. Might go again at some point in the distant future but sad to have to lower expectations for service just to have decent food.“

“Finishing off my earlier post myself and others will boycott this location. The woman that told me;. Could go to the gas station be working in a prison not a hotel. Fortunately she did that in front of other customers and another driver who has stayed there previously. Congratulations on poor service when others may be;. Dire need. I will give my business to the place behind you in Boise. They were at least polite.“

“Very nice rooms and the staff is amazing. I checked in last night for my second time. Love love love it. Last name is now " Lutz." This will be my second long term stay. I felt safe and secure here. The room was very nicely done and ready for me. The bed is soft and comfy like sleeping on my Grannie's old feather bed. The sheets are silky and soft to the touch and wonderful to sleep on. I have never had to ask for anything to start my stays. So, my own personal ⭐ System is 1-10. Simple Suites is a huge #16.????Thank you to the best staff for taking such very good care of me. ????“

“It was clean and the staff was nice but the power went out at some point and the elevator wasn't working when we were checking out and we were on the 4th floor.“

“Amanda was probably one of the most helpful people I’ve delt with in my world travels! The hotel was so nice! They had a kitchen and laundry on hand. They even gave me a handicap shower chair for my friend with one leg! I mean aces!“
