“My friend were staying at that hotel since I live in the area. It's actually a very nice hotel. Awesome room with full kitchen, including stove top and a dishwasher. Nice pool and lobby. Very friendly front desk staff.“

“Parked in the parking garage and the only way into the hotel is locked and accessible with a room card. Not very convenient when you haven't checked in yet. There was a courtesy phone to call the desk to get entrance but nobody would answer. Had to lug suitcases outside and around the block to get in.“

“The staff was outstanding! All of them. We were in town for 8 days to be with my Dad who was dying from cancer and the staff made a sad time much much better. We were very out of sorts when we left today and left items in the room, we just called and they have them in their possession and will give them to us we stay with them again in two weeks. I can’t thank all of them enough. You never know what someone is going through and their kindness and over the top service was absolutely wonderful. I’m looking forward to our stay there the first week in February and have let all of our out of state family and friends know that the Residence Inn Downtown is where everyone should stay!“
