“This is my favorite Residence Inn that I've stayed at, which are usually always good quality. The rooms are nice and have nice art featuring local places. The location is central and walkable to everything downtown. And this is the first Residence inn with a bar/bistro that I've ever seen. The bar staff are very friendly, and the happy hour prices are great. The gym is pretty decent for a hotel gym as well.“

“The rooftop patio is fantastic, the rooms are nice. But the real value proposition is the people here. Every single person I encountered made this such a wonderful experience. The hotel manager (sorry I don't have your name!!) was fantastic and cared about my experience. The bar/food manager Ashlly was also so accommodating and kind and it is clear that she truly cares about the experience her customers have. The bartenders were incredible, they served our large group with efficiency. And I feel like the service of these folks (and more - even the janitorial staff was so kind and considerate) made the cost worthwhile. Every person here deserves a raise! It is apparent that they truly care.“

“Reade at the front desk is phenomenal. My flight was delayed and I ended up arriving a day late, and he could not have been more friendly or accommodating. He also helped me secure a late checkout, which I really appreciated since I’m only Gold status. Little things like that make a huge difference when you travel for work as much as I do. This is my second time coming to Boise for work this year, and employees like Reade are exactly why I choose to stay at this Residence Inn. He deserves all the recognition for the exceptional service he provides. Highly recommend staying here.“

“This is my go to hotel when I'm in Boise, but I will be staying elsewhere when I travel to the city after my experience. When I checked in, I had to wait for my room, and the front desk agent said they wouldn't charge me parking for the inconvenience, but when I saw the bill, I was still charged parking. I was happy to wait for the room to be cleaned, but I wish I would have been communicated that I was going to be charged for parking. The biggest letdown was I mistakenly left some expensive shampoo and conditioner and other body products in a target bag in the bathroom. I 100% know I left it there. I remember leaving it in the bathroom, untied. When I called the hotel they said they would have to call me back. They called me back two business days later and said they "couldn't find it". I expressed to the staff that this concerned and I was confused because it was right there. When I inquired about reimbursement the staff member over the phone was accusatory and unprofessional. I did not like feeling like I was a "thief" or a "liar", I didn't want to escalate it and made it seem like I was a "Karen" so I politely said thank you and ended the call. Either my stuff was stolen or thrown away and I couldn't even get an apology, there are other reviews saying stuff left behind was thrown away, so beware when staying at this hotel. They will accuse you of lying when you leave stuff in the room! Now because my experience with the staff was horrible, I would like to say the property and breakfast was very clean and excellent, I just wish I would have received more professionalism from the staff.“

“Hospitality of everyone employed thre is top-notch! Highly recommend! Easy to access hotel, parking was easy, close to amenities (grocery, Chipotle, Panda Expess right across the street). The pool, workout area, and Deck Grill/bar was wonderful. Rooms clean and spacious. Loved having a kitchen in my room! Meeting facilities and catering was excellent. And... again, cannot reiterate enough how amazing the staff is!!!“
