“I've been a bike commuter for the past 30 years, 16 of which have been in Boise. I bike just about everyday, whether it be road, mountain, gravel, or cross in rain, shine or snow. The Reed family has provided by far the most exceptional service of any shop in the valley. Bill is amazing and Taylor and Daniel have followed in their father's footsteps. Their customer service, reasonable cost, exceptional quality of repair work, and attention to customer satisfaction makes them my go-to shop for well over a decade. “Showed up with a flat on a Monday and found out they were closed. As I was walking away a friendly voice asked if I had tried to get in. Then informed me they were typically closed on Monday. I remembered a lot of shops are closed on Monday, so I apologized and said I understood. He then asked what I needed. 20 min later, after friendly banter and two sealant refills I was back on the road. Bill Reed could have simply ignored my knock and I wouldn’t have felt any ill will. Instead, he invited my inside to help a customer and cyclist. My words don’t convey how appreciative i was and still AM. I’m now a 100% customer of Reed Cycles. And I’ll sing his praises to anyone who needs expert cycling advice. Thank You, Bill. I owe you a coffee.“

“My husband purchased a bike from Tyler at Reed cycle and they’ve been nothing but wonderful! They remember our names and are honest and helpful. The turn around on service has been great. They stayed open a bit late for us as we were driving into town last hours to pick up a bike and have always been happy to help and never pushy, like other bike salesmen. My next bike will be purchased here!“

“I live in between the Boise and Eagle Reed Cycle locations and use both shops. These guys have been fantastic. I bought a Yeti SB100 from them and I have taken the bike in on several occasions to address a few break-in issues, as well as some issues caused by my own hand. No questions, no judgement, they just ask what I need and get it done, free of charge. Not only that, but they are patient with my questions and take time to explain the bike's mechanics to me. These guys have what it takes to be a top-notch bike shop. Thanks for all you do, guys!“
