“Great local shop. Got me rolling again in under an hour in the middle of summer after I filled my brake cable housing with dirt. I’m sure they were booked weeks out and despite telling them I’m just visiting (not a returning/repeat customer), they put my bike in the stand immediately, saving the rest of my vacation. 10 out of 5 stars!“

“I live in the area and have lived in Boise Downtown for 35 years. I pretty much know all the bike shops, we have been popping by Reeds checking it out as they just set up shop on Bogus Road a few years ago. They have pretty much always been friendly when we pop in to see whats new. Recently I just had my bike tuned up and bought well needed accessories. Bill Reed just so happened to be there and took the time to go over the care of my bike, and helped me set up a new bike rack. It was nice to have the help and appreciated. Thanks Reed Cycles!“

“My husband purchased a bike from Tyler at Reed cycle and they’ve been nothing but wonderful! They remember our names and are honest and helpful. The turn around on service has been great. They stayed open a bit late for us as we were driving into town last hours to pick up a bike and have always been happy to help and never pushy, like other bike salesmen. My next bike will be purchased here!“
