“This place is…energizing & fantastic. Everything about it. Miami vibes but leveled up because, Idaho. Food, drinks, service, atmosphere - all top tier. It is fun & funky & beautiful & alive. And our server, Yhindi, was THE BEST. Fun, friendly, attentive, genuine. I was stoked she was a part of our dining experience, as for her when you go! Highly recommend for all the reasons!“

“Great place to dine and enjoy the exotic environment. My biggest compliment on the food were the corn tortillas. Great texture, flavor, and pliability. I also appreciate they don’t cook with seed oils. The food was phenomenal but service wasn’t quite there yet. When we sat down it took awhile to speak with our waitress and even get waters. Because this restaurant is young, I think they’ll have some early growing pains, but I’m confident they’ll figure it out and rise to the occasion.“

“Dropped in for taco Tuesday. Cadillac margaritas were two-for-one during happy hour. The (house made, tallow) chips and salsa flight was tasty as we're the halibut street tacos (sides were extra) and skirt steak taco plate (bigger tacos, sides included) on delicious house made flour-corn shells. Service was friendly and prompt. Ambiance was fun with diverse dining options inside, sun room and patio. Plentiful bar space. Burgers seem to be popular here, but it was Tuesday.😉 Will return.“

“Stepping into Pig Latin feels like a true getaway. The atmosphere is exotic with beach, fun vibes. It’s definitely the selling point to come dine here along with the good service! There’s no bad table in this restaurant! Yhindi was our server on the patio for the evening, and she was delightful. Her bubbly personality, promptness, and help with the menu made the night a joy! As for food, this is the only area I feel this restaurant falls a little short. The portions and quality aren’t totally up to par with the prices — but then again the atmosphere is what I felt we paid for mostly and was worth it! The food is still good, and I appreciate it’s made with no seed oils — definitely worth a visit again. I recommend their taco platters or street tacos.“

“Been here a few times now for cocktails and now food. The cocktails are creative and unique to the concept. There are many spins on tropical and Latin drinks but also is a pretty good size selection of some very different beverages. They are excellent about customizations and clearly value presentation. The espresso martini is my favorite in the valley and features freshly poured espresso made to order (per our server). The food is excellent! A few things to note, this restaurant is seed oil free, which for those who are concerned about seed oils this is a rare treat. The tortilla chips are fried in tallow and are outrageously good. They do have some vegetarian options and also utilize olive oil and butter in other dishes. The chips and salsa flight includes some outright criminally good queso, bean dip, salsa verde, and this really unique red salsa (excellent in my opinion). I could go on about the several dishes I have tried but the Jamaican Jerk Taco plate is truly a standout item. I have eaten at some damn good Jamaican places, and the chicken in this taco could rival the best I have ever had (it is spicy, because it is supposed to be and delightfully so, but just know that it is). Apparently the chef has extensive connections to the Miami food scene and it it shows. I have spent a fair amount of time and had some great food in south Florida, Miami, and the Keys and its cool to have a splash of thay here in Eagle. Service is EXCELLENT. More casual than a place like Coa Del Mar, but everything I have been they have been like super friendly (and also knowledgable about the menu which is a nice thing). Our server at my most recent visit was Yhindy and she was outstanding, friendly, helpful, and very very attentive. She deserves a shout out. I have been here with friends and also on a date (it really made that night extra special sitting on their porch in nice weather by the waterfall). It's a great atmosphere and it sits on the greenbelt and has a tropical and fun vibe. This place is a unique and cool spot that shouldn't be missed if you are even kinda close to Eagle. It is a busy place so couldn't hurt to reserve a spot, but I have managed to be lucky getting there kinda early.“
