“It's easy to give this place 5 stars. They are fast, fresh and local. They make an effort to source sustainably. The poke is YUMMY and they don't have any competition that comes close in town. I look forward to supporting Paddles Up expanding into new locations! I'm glad they are on the BSU campus now (tho those college kids could use a little more training...)“

“The young man who welcomed us on our first visit and taught us about the menu boards was a delight. So friendly and genuinely cared about our experience there, as a college student he (his name stated with a D) has worked there for a couple years and it is as apparent he enjoys his work. He encouraged us to read the story of how and why the restaurant was started and we are glad he did, a great story about chasing your dreams, stewarding what you have with excellence and how it paid off. We will be back again when in town - Thank you for great customer care. God Bless“

“This is my favorite restaurant to get poke. The location is the best being downtown. Service is always top notch! Gary, Zelda, & Kayleigh were especially awesome tonight. Friendly and accommodating service!!“
