“We stayed here on a road trip after driving 8 hours. It’s located near a gas station, bars and restaurants, and coffee shops. Perfect for what we needed. Front desk service was prompt and friendly, and our room was just as expected: large, clean, and quiet. We traveled with our golden retriever, and I was impressed with their dog-friendly offerings and rooms located near an outdoor area. No complaints - we’d stay here again. Our golden retriever enjoyed the king bed with us.“

“Get away with the wife! Unfortunately our concert we were supposed to go to was canceled. The amazing staff and wonderful hotel made it a great weekend. The price and attitude of the staff was much better than the competition down the street. Free drinks in the evening and the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. This is the kind of service you look for and never find. Well folks I have found it at the Oxford suites in Boise Idaho. So happy they could turn around a weekend that didn’t start out so good. Once again great price and amazing staff, very clean and tidy as well. Thank you so much. FYI I don’t write reviews because most places don’t meet my expectations, you blew them away!! Great job!! We will be back!!“

“Beds were hard and bouncy, but the soaps were awesome. Didn't really get to utilize the swimming pool, it was always packed with kids. It would be nice to see adult only swimming hours. Breakfast was good.“

“Nope, would not stay here or recommend anyone stay here. Staff is beyond rude. Hotel manager has no professionalism at all. We had loud guests above us and the Manager's response was "I can't control other guests". Really, if guests are a nuisance you can ask them to stop or leave. Manager called our room and told us to move rooms. I'm not sure why we should have to be inconveniencd. With the lack of concern and professionalism we received we decided to leave. The manager then called back and told us he "would not penalize us" to which I responded why would we be penalized when we did nothing wrong. There are too many good hotels in Boise to waste your money here.“
