“Some reviews are about the great food, some about the customer service. This is a review is a lesson for all businesses on how to do it right. I ordered lunch for seven people, clients and employees. A huge part of our business is keeping everyone engaged during the day. That includes getting everyone lunch so that we can all keep working. The online system worked smoothly so I was hopeful the rest would go well. Lunch arrived on time and it went downhill from there. Everyone had their lunch except me, the one who actually ordered it. I called and talked to somebody, I could tell they were slammed by all the noise in the background. I told them that they missed a lunch and asked if they could send it over. They said they could remake my lunch and I could come pick it up. That was a no go for me, that's why I had lunch delivered in the first place. They apologized and offered to credit back my card for the missing lunch. I said okay, everyone offered to share their lunch as the portions were quite large. I wasn’t super happy but I understood what happened so I enjoyed the sandwich that was shared with me. A couple of days pass and no credit. I send off an email to the generic address for the restaurant reminding them to credit my card. A couple more days pass, no credit. So, I fire off a second email letting them know I wasn’t too cool with them not following up or crediting my card. A few minutes later I get a reply from the owner, Jason. He apologized and explained what was going on and said he would call me at 2:00pm to talk in person. Sure enough at 2:00pm I get a phone call from Jason. We talk for 5 minutes or so and he apologizes, tells me what happened, apologized some more and offered to refund for half the total bill that was $120. We all know that restaurants run on extremely thin margins. He lost money for sure on our order. But, he earned a few loyal customers that day. The food was incredible, the service was above and beyond. That is how you do business right. Good job and good luck with the new location in Harris Ranch.“

“So damn good! Listen I literally swallowed their sausage and pear salad ????. I wasn’t a fan of the dressing paired with it, little too sweet but fire with Cesar dressing. Recommend to people who love pop and flavor for salad, next level goodness.“

“First time going to Lemon Tree. I will say the food is delicious and very unique. The main issue was kitchen chaos! I feel like this restaurant would do better with a closed kitchen concept. The line is small and the staff were walking on top of each other and our food was passed through many hands and placed on several different surfaces before it was given to us. The wait was over 40 mins long.“

“I had the tasty sausage & pear sandwich. Creamy whipped goat cheese? Yes please! And just give me all the sausage ya can on that tasty ciabatta bread. I'm a gonna return. ????“

“Love visiting this spot every time I'm in Boise! Awesome, creative sandwiches, with options for vegetarians, vegans, and carnivores alike. My favorite is the yam and beet sandwich, and the lemonades are not to be missed! Sandwiches come with great options for sides, like soup, salads, or savory mushroom oatmeal. Portions are generous for the price...I always have leftovers! The ambiance is lovely, and the staff are friendly and helpful.“
