“I had a good experience with all of their staff - the front desk let me borrow a phone charger and went out of their way to locate one for me and a very kind housekeeper opened my room when my arms were full. They're super friendly and accommodating. There was one guy at night who acted like I asked the stupidest question on the planet, but everyone else was wonderful. My room was clean and pretty standard. The access to the pool and spa was great. The morning breakfast had the best variety of a free continental that I've experienced so far. The pet-friendly aspect is great for people travelling with pets, but you may run into a slightly noisier dog as the walls are fairly thin. Overall a great selection for people who want a free shuttle to/from the airport but don't want to be right next to the runways.“

“Everything was great except the rooms were a touch small, and it took a minute to get any key to work. But the lady was very sweet and helped us pleasantly the whole time. Overall a nice hotel and nice stay. Location was perfect“

“Scott is so uncouth and disrespectful. We stood at the lobby for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to check us in. Scott came and couldn't even apologize for making us wait and leaving the front desk for so long. His demeanor was so off like he didn't want to work there. He looked angry and made us feel weird. A person like that shouldn't be handling the front desk. The next customer beside us clearly said, "I will never come to this hotel ever again." I share his sentiments. The hotel wasn't that bad per say, but the way the employees treat you and act can change your perception about a place. If you don't mind horrible customer service, then this place might be for you.“
