“It was fine. For a 4-star hotel I expected more. The complimentary drinks and snacks were nice. For the $25 they charge for valet I would expect I wouldn’t need to walk outside in the rain and maneuver my car out of parallel parking myself.“

“We always stay at the Inn and 500! What a great place! Every room is very well appointed and have great views! The staff is always very welcoming! When you walk in you are greeted right away. As you are being checked in they will offer you a complimentary beer or glass of wine. There are also complimentary snacks, bottled water, and sodas to choose from. They are within walking distance to bars and restaurants downtown. Thank you for being always being so wonderful to us! We cannot wait to stay with you again!“

“Valentine's in a spa suite is the epitome of luxurious romance. The amenities are perfect, the tub is huge, the bed is luxurious, the room service is delicious, and the fireplace adds just the right amount of romantic ambiance. I can see many repeats for my gf and I in the future. She was properly pampered by her stay and the staff were all wonderfully easy to work with and beyond professional, from the desk clerk to the valet to the night auditor there to help me with snacks and drinks at 2am. Thank you to all of you for a wonderful stay.“
