“The following is a complaint I submitted to the BBB and got no response. My tour was cancelled in March 2020 due to Covid. I was issued a credit for a future tour. I recently requested to schedule a tour and was told they were not doing any tours at this time. I have email and called, many, many times with no response. I am requesting my money back for the tour tickets I purchased, as they are unable to accommodate me and I am not aware of any Covid 19 mandates restricting tours. Thank you.“

“DO NOT BOTHER! - We booked for two different services as we had some time in town. We showed up for our first scheduled tour and they were not there, they said it had been cancelled but there was at least three other couples that had showed up too and the owner was rude and disrespectful on the phone. Then when I requested a complete refund as it was 100% their fault as we have no plans to be in ID again, we were not given a 100% refund and the owner did not respond to my emails in a timely manner - NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! Even if I was ever going to be in ID again I would not book due to the awful customer service.“

“Our tour guide Bob was fantastic! We had a blast learning about the local area and the restaurants around. Everything was set up in advance and we got to meet some of the chefs and owners of some of the places we went to. I can't recommend going on one of these tours enough!“

“On the first snowy day of the year we found ourselves enjoying a great tour of downtown Boise’s eateries. Our tour guide, Michael, was friendly and knowledgeable. Even though we have been living in the Boise area for almost 30 years he gave us new information about the area. We walked in the snowy downtown covered by tour provided umbrellas. The tour does not cancel specifically for the reason that it is to insure that your plans are not disrupted for a cancellation on their part...they go even if only one person shows and that is a great way to do business, that is customer oriented. Anyway, it was a great day of food, fun and conversation. Oh yeah, not a bad meal of any of the 6 eateries that we visited.“
