“In the past five months, my experience at this pool has been quite positive overall. I appreciate the abundance of lanes, the cleanliness of the water, and the availability of a warm pool, although I rarely utilize it. Fortunately, I usually visit during quieter times, ensuring easy parking and no overcrowding in the locker room. However, I've noticed it might be challenging for families during busy hours due to the smaller locker room size. This pool seems more tailored to avid or competitive swimmers rather than families. There have been some drawbacks, such as the shower room frequently running out of soap for weeks. Additionally, I've encountered instances where I was asked to move out of my lane during my swim session because of other groups claiming it for their use, despite the absence of reservation signs. While these incidents haven't recurred in the past three months, I've found more consistency by sticking to certain lanes where I'm less likely to be asked to move. Despite these issues, I still enjoy using the pool and plan to continue doing so. However, improved communication regarding lane usage would enhance the experience for all patrons.“

“Wow!! What a fantastic facility. I love to swim and was exicited for this to be completed. They have a 50 m long course Monday through Thursday 5:00 a.m. till 9:00 a.m. all day Friday all day Saturday. There is a total of eight 50 m Lanes All other times they have 20 lanes of 25 meters. Between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. it is taken up by swim clubs and school swim clubs. Pool temps are aroun 80° They do offer swim lessons for both children and adults They do have a separate pool for lessons pool temp is around 85° The Prices are reasonable for such a fantastic facility. I do recommend if you like swimming try this place“

“My 5 year old takes swim lessons here once a week. We like the beautiful new pool and many options for times for classes, plus month to month scheduling as opposed to semesters. However, I do think there are some issues that need sorting out for this new business. 1. Parking is far too limited and dangerous! It’s a huge problem. 2. Cramped locker rooms - there is very little space for families 3. Over reliance on tech for lesson management. My preference would be for a more personalized experience and better communication to parents. Overall, we like this option in SE Boise, but it’s still mediocre at this point.“

“I was excited to see this pool under construction as it is a convenient location for us. My two girls take swim lessons here weekly. The actual pool, the water, is beautiful. However, the rest of the facility is quite horrible. Parking is awful. The locker room situation is tiny and grossly inadequate. It's like they knew they could get away with skimping on everything else as long as there was a pool. The lessons are fine, but the whole experience is miserable - dangerous trying to find parking and/or walk across busy streets with my two young children, and changing before and after lessons is crowded, stressful and lousy.“

“Beautiful new facility with great staff. So excited to have this in SE Boise. Bleachers are plentiful for observing / cheering and the lesson pool has ample space for multiple lessons. Looking forward to what the swim team program offers as well.“
