“This is Hands-Down the best hotel to stay in if your are driving through or visiting Boise. The service is awesome, the pool is always clean, the Breakfast is actually to die for (I mean it: all my family lives out of state in Arizona and Oregon. When we lived in Utah and used to visit family in Oregon we would always stop and stay at this exact location, and we stayed in two suites for a week when we were buying our house down here. Out of every hotel I have ever been to in what is about 40 cross-country road trips, this breakfast is by far my favorite), and the rooms are cozy and well-furnished. This is a fantastic hotel. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend.“

“I used to work here as a housekeeper. This is a horrible place to work. People are very disgusting and so is the housekeeping manager or whatever they call her (Sharlamae). I was hired but did not know what I got myself into. I signed up for a fulltime position. Fulltime means 5 days, not 40 hours in their book. I never got 40 hours working here. I was trained for 2 days by a Mexican that only spoke Spanish. So, training was difficult already. I was on my own after that and had a long list of rooms to do, which was unfair because I was still new and slow. I confronted her about it and she said she cannot guarantee a small list for me every day, yet I had 12 rooms one day and someone else had 5. So, again, how is that fair? I, also was the only housekeeper working on my first day, on my own, and had a long list of rooms when the manager was off. Again, how is that fair? I was sick for 3 days straight with joint pain, a cough and fatigue and she did not have me up on the schedule because "she did not know if I was coming back." I called every day letting her know I was sick and still needed to recover. She made me dig through garbage because someone lost their receipt. That is absolutely disgusting!! She always tells you something new to clean every day whether it is in the rooms or not. They have pointless huddles every day before your lunch, so you're waisting a good 10-15 minutes of your day. I advise you not to work here! She treated me like garbage and I had to fight until she fired me for no reason. F*ck this place!“

“Our family loved staying in nice spacious suites and had several rooms, staff wad helpful to needs of seniors, close to airport with complimentary service to get you there. Breakfast had large selection, pool hot tub nice and open 24/7, They are going the extra mile with cleanliness measures. 5 stars well deserved!“
