“Had really great service the server was super nice. I really liked the citrus roll. Pretty good sushi all around only knock I had about it was it needed to be a little colder. I hadn't been in there in years and like that it is bigger and doesn't feel like I am eating in a tiny room. Very open area.“

“The sushi chef had his own restaurant in the past called Zuttos. I've been a fan of his sushi since the late 90's. The present restaurant, Happy Fish never disappoints. It's cozy and perfect for date night or a fun night with a group of friends.“

“This is our favorite sushi place in Boise. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good to great sushi. We love the Chef's Special, but you should to go at an off-peak time for that, to give the chef time to get creative. (I haven't tried their martinis.) The downside: its small and a bit hard to find. Its behind Ha'penny Bridge Pub and accessible either from Ha'penny or a side door outside. Recommended.“

“We have always had great sushi and service here. It has been a while since we were last in but still great. We love to order the chef special and let them make whatever they want. They have never let us down. I would recommend doing the same. It has allowed us to try a lot of amazing and delicious sushi dishes. Thanks for the wonderful dinner it was a perfect end for our birthdays.“
