“Clean. The bed is super uncomfortable. Room reeked of old cigarettes. Pretty quiet. Breakfast was typical stuff. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The toilet was a bit low. We used the laundry facility, and washers and dryers were efficient. Overall a good stay.“

“It's kinda hard to find but the front desk girls were friendly and helpful. I booked through a third party and was a little upset by the $50 dollar incidental hold put on my credit card at check in and on the website I booked through it said pet fee was $20 per day no exceptions no refunds. At check in the girl said it was $40 and it just got increased the day I checked in but they have a pet policy waiver they have u sign at check in and it wanted me to initial a non refundable $50 pet fee. Since I was paying cash for the pet fee I was going to have to pay in in the AM when the manager was there! Oh I have some things to say about all the pet fee misinformation as well as no information on the third party websites about the $50 incidental charge. But the rooms are green! Very clean comfortable bed and good linens and towels. The have great toiletries. Ice machines are on every floor and all work. They have a great little store of snacks etc in the libby. The rooms have a microwave and a fridge. It's all great! The pool and hot tub as well as the fitness room are open till 11 pm! Awesome! They have a small continental breakfast of sorts in the am. The wifi works fast and is free. All in all well worth the money for a nice clean comfortable stay! Boise Hampton Inn is a great value! This is my third stay at this facility it always has been good but the new pet fees and incidental charges are new! Only downfall.“

“My wife and daughter stayed here a few weeks ago and had a wonderful stay. Also the complementary breakfast was stellar — so I’m told, omelettes and all. Lately hotels are holding back on breakfast, I note that and consider my future stays in part based on such, it’s a really important part of our stays and I’m glad Hampton Inn is still providing one that’s note worthy! All and all, staff, accommodations, price & amenities = recommended.“

“It's a Hampton inn. Nothing special about the building but the location is great if you're coming to and from the airport. The service was the best I've seen in a very long time. The front desk to the housekeeping staff were friendly, helpful, and really impressed me.“
