“Greenwood's has excellent bootfitting staff. I worked with David, but every single person I spoke to in the store was helpful, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. David spent over an hour helping me find a good fit, and even suggested ways to make my current too-large boots work in the meantime. He answered every question I had and did not pressure me into buying the boots. I came back in a few days later and worked with David again-- continuity was nice. Ended up getting a pair of Nordica 2024 boots (comes with lifetime bootfitting guarantee), alpine soles (they installed, got to keep the gripwalk soles too), came to around $750 all told. The initial consultation was completely free. Two of the techs (not sure of names) took a look at my bindings and gave me a LOT of useful information. They do adjust bindings (not sure if that comes with the boots), but mine are too old. Both David and the two techs were there well past store closing helping me and others finish up bootfitting work. This is an excellent team of people who genuinely care about the skier experience. They know what they're doing and are friendly, conversational, and patient. I have yet to ski on the boots, but so far they seem promising, and I would highly recommend Greenwood's for their excellent staff alone.“

“My wife and I recently had an excellent experience at Greenwood's Ski Haus in Boise. We haven't snow skied in years and were looking to get some rental equipment and clothing for the upcoming ski season. We could not have asked for better service. Leo helped my wife pick out her boots and skis. Jeff Hobbs helped me with my boots, and Serena helped both my wife and I with ski clothes. I could not believe how knowledgeable each of these employees were. They were extremely helpful, friendly and made the entire experience a very enjoyable one. Greenwood's Ski Haus has an excellent selection of skis, boots, helmets, clothing and everything a person needs for snow skiing. If you are looking for a great selection of snow ski gear and excellent customer service, my wife and I highly recommend Greenwood Ski Haus.“

“Very helpful and friendly staff! Great selection of high end quality gear. We outfitted the whole family there with the gracious help of several folks. Yes, it is pricey but they also carry only high end quality gear.“
