“Went to this store yesterday looking for a bike for casual riding. We were helped by John who told us that they only had the higher end bikes in their inventory and offered to call their sister store to see if they had something closer to what we were looking for. That transparency and help alone would have been enough in my book, but he went a step further when he heard from the sister store that there wasn’t any inventory their either. He recommended a bike shop down the road that has used and refurbished bikes and we were able to find one that met our needs completely. I really appreciated that he helped us find what we needed instead of just trying to make a sale for more money. They have gained a customer for life!“

“I rented an E bike because I’ve never ridden one before it was an OK experience at first and they gave me the wrong charger I was bummed I couldn’t write it the next day. I took it back knowing that they would probably just refund or give me a discount for their mistake. I’m not the type of person to complain and cause a scene I rely on them to do the right thing .!! I’m going to buy an E bike come spring I don’t know if I will give them the opportunity to earn my business .!!“
