“My cousin and I were in Boise for business, so I was searching for a place to have breakfast, when I found this place with a great name, we decided to give it a try. We were seated quickly and our waitress "Chase" arrived shortly after. She was an absolute pleasure to talk to about food choices as we were first time customers. I recommend Egg Mann and Earls to anyone who truly appreciates great food and friendly staff. I will definitely eat here again on my next visit, and hopefully be served by Chase, she is awesome.“

“Awesome!! The complimentary scones are amazing and the food was SO worth the 30 min wait on a busy Saturday morning. Thanks to all the friendly front and kitchen staff who made our breakfast incredible. They work so hard in both preparation of the food (freshly prepared sausage, cured bacon, etc.) and the delivery. Every meal was delicious…especially the hash browns only served at Eggman and Earl!“

“I had a wonderful experience at eggman and Earl. I was not expecting such a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was creative and eclectic. The bloody Mary really nice! We got complimentary donuts, fancy kind. All in all the way it wasn't bad because it is typically busy there. But I know why because it's a fun place to have brunch with the buds!“

“This place is AMAZING! Their menu is all freshly made in house and so delicious. We ordered the hangover hash browns which were super cheesy and browned just perfectly, the 2 stack pancakes were light and fluffy, the bacon (cured in house) was smoky and so tasty, the biscuits and gravy were moist and delicious and finally the salmon eggs benedict topped it off! Portions are generous and service is great. Do yourself a favor and give them a try.“
