The girl who took our order was very detail oriented and helped me get the exact drink I was hoping for, and the one at the window was friendly, pleasant, and engaged us in conversation helping the wait for our drinks pass quickly and pleasantly. Fantastic experience, well done to that location's staff!“

“Very nice service for fast-food. Exciting, helpful with choice. Chocolate Milkshake reminds me Choco Frappe in McCafe. Decent Chocolate Chip Muffin. Overall bit too sweet and unhealthy tho.“

“The folks at each store are always helpful and cheerful (maybe a little TOO cheerful when I'm half awake ????). Although, with the current cold weather, it would be nice to see the outside order-taker with a heater to keep them from getting sick. The poor girl taking orders outside today was shivering a LOT, and her face was bright pink from the bitter cold. Dutch Bros, you seriously need to take better care of your outside employees. ????“
