“An awesome community establishment that’s been here for a long time! The ice cream and food are all made in house and delicious! The atmosphere is great and the service and staff are amazing! This is my family’s new favorite go to spot 😎“

“Loved the throwback vibe of this place! We wanted to try the Idaho finger steaks and Delsa's famous ice cream, so we made a trip to both locations (we got ice cream at the Meridian one... very tasty!!). This location has a lot of personality. The outdoor seating is inviting, and the indoor seating is classic red booth dining. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, seated, served drinks, and given menus. Super friendly staff! Our waiter was attentive and efficient. The food was tasty! Between us, we tried the fish and chips, a cheeseburger, curly fries, and finger steaks. The restaurant was clean, and while the bathroom wasn't the greatest, it's just old. An update would probably be a good move. Overall, glad we stopped in!“

“Desla's is under new ownership and the new owner is just hitting it out of the park! The staff was friendly and engaging, the place was the cleanest diner I've ever been in, and there were fresh-picked flowers on every table! I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and fries, my wife just ordered tater-tots (as she is a vegetarian and wasn't hungry enough to order the veggie burger, which I've heard is delicious). The burger was huge and there were so many fries/tots that between the two of us we couldn't finish it all (we wanted to save room for ice cream!). The service was fast and all of the food tasted very fresh. After barely being able to finish the burger (which was cooked just perfectly) and my fries, I decided that I had JUST enough room for ice cream. The ice cream is made on site and was absolutely delicious! They let me taste several varieties, but I decided on good-old chocolate. Just 100% yummy. It's obvious that the new staff/owners are doing everything right. All of this for the same price I would have paid at some brand-name, fast food joint with no soul. 10/10 would recommend. If you're in the area, stop by. Heck, if you're across town, take the trip and go. You won't be disappointed.“

“At Delsa’s they don’t mess around. I ordered a Carmel milkshake and that milkshake was fully optimized with ice cream. And the Carmel blended so well that drop for drop I had neither too much nor too little Carmel. I await the next visit to venture into other ice cream options!“
