Reviews

“Decided to visit 2 days in a row to give a an objective review. On a Saturday at 1pm it was slow, pick your own seat; love it! Sat in the area with lots of amazing light near the outdoor patio; great atmosphere. Ordered the prime rib sandwich, it was good but the fries were hard and cold. Came in the next day, with a party of 10 at opening; 10AM. The staff of 1.5 was amazing. Food was good, 2 plates came out much later than the rest. Was told when ordering that they were not allowed to have a sandwich cut in half and no side substitutes. Ordered bottomless mimosas for 3 in the party, had to ask for every refill. Needed more staff to accommodate all the large brunch guests. If you want to advertise high end food, you must ensure high end service. We want to return since this business is in our area. Hope the feedback will assist in this establishment becoming a high end place to eat.“

“I love the remodel and new ownership! They have done a fantastic job honoring the legacy of the crescent, and have added their own unique flare. Food was good, drinks delicious and staff super friendly“

“Unfortunately, I think they missed the mark on this. A bit of an overreach on menu sophistication and pricing for a pub. Nachos are potato chips with sauerkraut and corned beef? App of three soft pretzels is $14. Four pieces of bread with cheese is $14. I mean, they are good pretzels and bread/cheese but $14? Right or wrong, they have the legacy of Crescent bar and they are tied to it by maintaining the Crescent name and keeping a pub decor and feel. The menu is upscale and the food is pretty tasty but it is very high priced and just does not fit with the location, decor, legacy, and pub atmosphere. Additionally, the chairs are extremely uncomfortable metal chairs with very small seat sizes. It may have its place but just feels like a round peg in a square hole. I will say that servers were very attentive and pleasant.“

“So much lighter brighter and cleaner than the old crescent we remember! The food is also fabulous. They have a very creative upscale bar menu. The steak was one of the best I have ever had, not exaggerating! They really need to improve the seating stat. The chairs are not comfortable at all, and some lower tables would also be helpful. The lighting could use some interest and softening but the decor is still a work in progress and improving all the time. The green walls are a big help. I’m excited to use the patio area this summer and enjoy some events in the back bar area. This place has a lot of potential, especially if they make it more comfortable to hang out for awhile!“
