“Customer service was top notch, but we spent $75 on candy tonight and most of it is inedible. Super bummed to get home and realize that the gummy candies and gum we bought are all ROCK hard, like break your teeth. Grateful that the gals working were so friendly and personable, though. Maybe we bought the wrong stuff, but we will not be buying candy here again.“

“I bought one of their beautiful specialty chocolate pumpkins for my Mama’s Halloween charcuterie board. It came together perfectly! We love your stores! From vintage candies to new ones, to fun games to delicious chocolates in their beautiful glass case to scrumptious gelato that is to die for. Love the atmosphere, The staff are really helpful and very knowledgeable. Love the different gummies. I grabbed the froggy gummies ones from them while I was also there. They were so good! The gelato I chose was Pumpkin & Coffee! So delicious! 🖤🧡🖤🧡“

“I went in to get gelato while my son was working Joe (the owner) became incredible condescending and passive aggressive toward both my son and to me. Despite there being no other customers Joe made it very clear that families are not welcome. I will not be visiting here again and will share with others the experience I had there the past two times I went in as a paying customer. Update: I should clarify that this (and the other time I came in) were no where close to an extended personal visit. I purchased gelato and the treatment we both received from Joe began promptly when I had only said hello to my son. There was nothing polite about the statements made by Joe. It is sad to think that your management and leadership feel it is appropriate in any circumstance to treat others with disrespect. If the expectation set by you is that your employees ignore anyone they know who may be shopping, I might suggest not being in customer service. I honestly can't recall a time I was treated in such a passive aggressive and condescending manner by another adult.“
