“Warm cookies! I tried chocolate chip and biscoff chip. Both were good but not fantastic. They're really thick so I couldn't bite the whole cookie comfortably. Can't really say what it was but they just didn't grab my taste buds and say get more.“

“I always enjoy Chip and I think their cookies are delicious but tonight was extremely disappointing. My boyfriend and I ordered for delivery on the app at 7:15 and hadn’t received the cookies within the delivery time frame so I called. A young girl answered the phone and said they hadn’t received my order until 20 minutes before I called and that since they’re using door dash for delivery we’d have to wait until someone came and picked them up which was going to be another 30 minutes to an hour. When I wasn’t okay with that she immediately just asked if I wanted a refund. I went back through the reviews and it seems I am not the only person with this exact complaint. Hard to believe a business that I would assume wants to stay open would rather issue a refund than hire delivery drivers to resolve this very apparent problem.“
