“We hade few options, as everything under $250 was booked. I would avoid this place if possible. Loud neighbors at all hours in the night. Single men hanging out smoking. Just didn't seem safe. Do they rent weekly or monthly? -- seemed like transitioning to ghetto housing. Some deferred maintenance, as well as stained bedding.“

“First off #1OF ALL THESE COMPLAINTS These owners have been ripping off the HOMELESS FOR YEARS NOW AT LEAST 7 YEARS THAT I KNOW OF.IF YOUR HOMELESS YOU GET SPECIAL TREATMENT MEANING WE PAY 30 DOLLARS MORE HERE THAN A REGULAR PERSON AND WE HAVE BEEN GETTING ROBBED BY THIS PLACE FOR YEARS NOW.AND THESE OWNERS DONT EVEN LIKE AMERICANS This place is nasty AND MOST OF ALL CAN I REMIND EVERYONE THIS PLACE IS TWO BLOCKS FROM THE SHELTERS AND THE OWNERS KNOW MOST THE HOMELESS AND GIESS WHAT YOUR PAYING 30 DOLLARS MORE IF YOUR HOMELESS“
