“Julia Davis Park is an 89.4 acre park which was created in 1907 and located along the Boise River. The park contains a Rose Garden, the Boise Zoo, Boise Paddle Boat Rental, a Tennis court, a toddler playground, picnic pavilions and several museums. The friendship bridge connects the park with Boise State University. This park provides access to the Boise River Greenbelt. The scenic view that the park provides is the main attraction. The rose garden has a pavilion where anyone can arrange an event only by reservation. There is a sitting Abraham Lincoln statue adjacent to Rose garden. You can enjoy different activities here like paddle boating, fishing, playing tennis, cycling etc. You can have picnic or get together event under the pavilions. The park has its own parking lot. The restrooms are clean. The park is nicely organized and you can observe different seasonal view in this one park. Many events are arranged throughout the year in the park, i.e. art, music and music festival etc. If you are in Boise, you must check out this place.“
