“We had the best tasting! The service was exceptional, the wine was amazing as was the tour that we got. Emma was our hostess and was just incredible, friendly, and highly knowledgeable! Would come back anytime! Plus the location is beautiful with an atmosphere that puts you into relaxation mode!“

“Great bubbles out in the Eagle hills. Stunning tasting room - I could live on this deck. Delicious bubbles. Tasting includes a very thoughtful snack-size food pairing. Tasting staff was so knowledgeable and fun. It’s a real treat to get sparkling wine of this caliber in the snake river valley. Cannot recommend 3100 Cellars enough. I’d come here for wine again and again and again.“

“I love bringing friends and family here for a tasting whenever they visit. Emma is awesome, and I always enjoy learning about the winery's history and the process of how their wine is made. The intimate experience makes every visit special, and everyone I bring absolutely loves it. Their wine is delicious, and the locally sourced pairings are a perfect complement. “A truly amazing spot located in a beautiful part of Eagle, Idaho. The staff is very knowledgeable and loved each glass and the pairing with local nuts and chocolates. We especially enjoyed Emma. She knew so much about the wine and has a very diverse wine background from all over the world. Would highly recommend and the “whitewater” does not disappoint.“
