“Working with Ansots was a pleasure! The delightful folks catered my destination wedding up in Stanley. We were so impressed with their food and service. The catering team was hilarious, efficient, helpful, friendly, extremely friendly, and the basque fare was delicious! Our guests are still raving about the croquettes and the bits of lamb tasters carved right off of the spit. Ansots excellence contributed to the joy of our day as they paraded the lamb through the tent and provided friendly banter with our guest. Ansots is the best catering service I have ever experienced.“

“Ansots was wonderful from beginning to the end…. The staff was friendly —the bean soup, chorizos, (excellent) and the Very best was the Apple bread pudding with homemade whipped cream and more apples then bread(definitely the best in the Boise!!) We plan on returning and bringing friends.“
