Don’t Miss the 2024 Big Sky Basketball Championships
College players from around the West come to Boise March 9-13 for the 2024 Big Sky Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships held at Idaho Central Arena. For the ninth-straight season, all Big Sky members will compete in the conference tournament, with 10 teams each for the men and women. The tournament champions will move on to the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship.

Music and More at Treefort 2024
The 12th annual Treefort Music Fest is back with over 500 artists performing at venues throughout downtown Boise. Experience shows from a variety of genres and acts from national, regional and international artists, as well as up-and-coming talent. In addition to music, discover activities and talks at the 13 themed “forts” such as:
- Alefort – Sample an incredible array of beers from 50+ local, regional, and international breweries.
- Artfort – From visuals to performances to ultra-immersive experiences, there’s something to see all around the fest, including a live mural experience at Julia Davis Park.
- Comedyfort – Laugh along with dozens of established and emerging stand-up comedians from around the country.
- Filmfort – See the best in contemporary, independent cinema with a number of shorts and feature-length films.
- Foodfort – Demos, panel talks and James Beard nominated Chef Salvador Alamilla from local restaurant Amano will offer a special five-course dinner paired with mezcal tastings.
- Kidfort – Live shows, workshops, hands-on activities and more for tiny kids, big kids and kids at heart.
- Storyfort – Join new names and familiar faces in the literary world for deep discussions, cozy readings and interesting panels.
- Yogafort – Rejuvenate with music, meditation, yoga, Kirtan, breathwork, and dance.
Festival passes are required to attend and are available for purchase online. Children 12 and under are free to attend Treefort Music Fest, accompanied by an adult with a Treefort pass.
