“Visited Boise for the 1st time this week, and stumbled upon this simplistic, stripped down sandwich shop looking for a lunch option. I wanted something lighter, so I opted for their vegetarian offering. Soon after I was greeted with a delicately wrapped sandwich, brimming with tender crisp asparagus, sweet roasted peppers, bright pickled onions, and herby lemon goat cheese melting into pillowy focaccia. If you can't tell by my description, it was fantastic - one of the best vegetarian sandwiches I've had in a while. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a change of pace for their lunch routine!“

“I ordered a porchetta with provolone. I wa so looking forward to trying this sandwich because porchetta is usually so good. Unfortunately, there was very little porchetta, mostly bread, toppings. Nothing special to me.“
