“We visited Italy last year, and I have to say that the sandwiches & pastries sold here are just as good. Lovely family place. I am excited to see them grow in the area, and to try some Gelato.😋 The bread is amazing. Sandwich offerings are fresh and delicious. They are huge. The pastries are beautiful & delicious. They seem to go fast!“

“Excellent bakery!! There was a line (which seems typical!) but it was quick. Good options for pastries and/or lunch. They have gluten free options! Gluten free olive oil cake and almond biscotti. Great all around. I tried the pistachio orange olive oil cake — dreaming about it still!!! Pistachio biscotti was also so tasty, I liked it more than the almond biscotti. My husband got the topping focaccia and he loved it. Can’t wait to visit Boise again for this.“

“We went here on their grand re-opening about 20 minutes before they closed. There was still a line out the door. Everyone working there seemed to be kind and helpful. There were a few things that I think once they’re open for a while it’ll iron out. But other than minor wait time, we were overall very happy with our experience. There’s plenty of parking and a decent amount of seating. We got some sandwiches, cookies, and cannolis. The sandwiches were amazing! The focaccia was so fresh and sandwiches ate clean and simple. The one with the pistachio pesto was phenomenal. The sweets were amazing too. I’ll be back there for sure.“

“Omg I went here for the first time today and I am absolutely going to have a focaccia problem. It’s too close to my house to be good for me. I got a sandwich with burrata, cherry tomatoes, arugula and pesto on it, can’t remember the name but it was perfection. And HUGE! Perfectly salted, creamy cheese (and a lot of it) and the bread was to die for. I also bought 2 lemon pastry things that were super yummy, not too sweet or overpowering. The perfect treat at the end of a perfect Sammy. Service was awesome and the shop is adorable! 10/10 would recommend!“

“Caffè Sorrento is absolutely phenomenal! We got an espresso, the Dino, the Serafina, and an assortment of their pastries and cannolis. Everything was a pure hit and SO delicious. We’ve been to Italy a couple of times now and both agreed that this spot might have better sandwiches than any of the places we had in Italy! Already can’t wait to go back, and are praying we have our baby (due in April) on a day they’re open so we can come get some celebratory goods! Thank you for bringing such excellent food and culture to Boise!“
