World Malbec Day celebrates one of the greatest varietals grown in Idaho. Similar to Argentina, Idaho grows Malbec in high elevation vineyards and the dry summer climate brings forth both fruit and acidity that Malbec is known for. Chef Nate Linskoog of the Tower Grill will prepare a four-course traditional Argentinian dinner over flame (a la llama o al asador) with each course paired with a Huston Vineyards wine.
