Celebrate the Huston Tradition of World Malbec Day with our classic Argentinian dinner featuring 2 vintages of award winning Huston Malbec paired with a four course A la llama o al asador dinner (cooked over fire)  Each course will pair with especially curated Huston wine.  Chefs’ Gabe and Tiffany Gigliardi will bring a new slant on this long lasting Huston tradition.  A mixed grill of local lamb, beef and Argentinian sausage along with vegetable and potato pairings and complimentary sauces.  In addition, Steve Fultz will accompany the evening with an acoustic guitar performance.
